Those of you who know me, or have followed me on either her on Instagram for a while will know that I'm very minimal when it comes to jewellery for both myself and my clients. Always opting for pieces that subtly enhance a look rather than pieces that define one - personally, I think this is the best way to ensure your jewellery is regularly reached for.

Until about three years ago I was a silver jewellery girl. Something which feels so removed from me now, as I'm all about gold-tones that enhance any warmth in my often ghostly pale skin.

I rather enthusiastically re-pierced my ears recently, so I was so thrilled when Daisy London reached out to me to share their new season collection with me and let me pick a pair of their gorgeous styles.

I opted for the Stacked Huggie Hoop Earrings as they were something a little different to my everyday studs - I'm not usually a hooped earrings kind of girl as my hair always gets tangled up in them but these are perfectly sized and, a whole month in, I'm yet to catch or get them tangled up on anything.

One of the original and my favourite bloggers Estee Lalonde recently collaborated with Daisy London creating affordable and oh-so dreamy bohemian inspired pieces like this rising sun necklace that would make an ideal gift for a loved one (or yourself...).

5 Embellished Bags To Tote This Spring

Fuzzy Jumper, & Other Stories; White Jeans, Topshop; Bag, Zara

After spending the last three months lusting over Ganni's heavenly embellished pouches I was thrilled to re-discover this playful bag during a huge Spring clear out.

Although I can't quite remember exactly when I purchased it - it could have been last summer or two summer's before, goodness knows - I'm thrilled I did.

Despite being neglected, rather heavily, for the last however many summer's in the week since I rediscovered it, it's already become a go-to. Ideal for adding a playful touch to any look, whether a simple tee and jeans or a party dress I'm besotted.

The Trench Coat

For me, nothing (albeit subtly) screams timelessness quite like a trench coat. The epitome of sophistication a trench coat can immediately elevate a simple Breton, jeans and trainers look just as well as it can lend much needed casual-touch to a party dress - my go-to trick for getting even more wear out of my beloved Rixo dresses.

Whilst a great trench can make a clever investment - one of Burberry's signature styles will see you through for many, many years to come - you can find some really chic, trench's that feel equally as luxe for under £50 and under £100 on the high street. It's all down to the details.

Opt for a style that offers something a little different to the archetypal trench coat: whether that's one cut from a playful print, adorned with embroidery or, decorated with statement buttons. Like this Whistles trench coat, my beloved Mango jacket features sweet ties at each sleeve.
