#POWERhour

I'm finally getting back into my fitness routine after a few too many super busy weeks at work where running or getting to the gym have sadly been implausible.

Life often gets too busy and sometimes it's just too easy to fall out of a routine which is why Sweaty Betty's #powerhour is a great excuse to go outside and get active, again. Whether you choose to attend a class, go running, boxing or spinning: take inspiration from Sweaty Betty's hashtag and try and spend sixty-minutes moving, sweating and pushing yourself.

Whilst finding the motivation to move is sometimes bloody difficult, doing so in fun workout wear helps a little. These bold, bright, new season Power leggings certainly pushed me a little further.

Shop a few of my favourite fitness pieces, top-to-toe:

Sports-bra
Mild support bra, Even & Odd; Climachill bra, Adidas; Sports bra, Mara Hoffman

Shorts:

Leggings:
Contour cropped leggings, Sweaty Betty; Printed leggings, Nike; Jumping Lil leggings, White Stuff

Trainers:
Original Zx Flux trainers, Adidas; Neon Dual Fusion trainers, Nike; Gel Lyte V trainers, Asics

Dress of the month: The Zara embroidered floral dress

Dress, Zara; Shoes, Topshop

So this little embroidered style from Zara has already made a huge impact across social media, seen on every blogger, street styler and influencer available... despite still being available both in-store and online it's selling for a pretty little profit on eBay.

I'd been holding off on purchasing this as everyone has it, but after almost purchasing it several times within a couple of days I just couldn't hold off much longer and decided that I bloody love it. I love embroidered dresses and life is just too short to not buy the dress you want.

Whilst this embroidered style may seem a little too cutesy, it can easily be toughened up with tights and mannish flats.

If you're set on not following the crowd's here are a few more on-trend embroidered florals dresses...
Kimono sleve mini dress, £65, Asos; Embroidered long sleeve dress, £25, Boohoo; Spot mesh embroidered dress, £70, Asos Premium; Floral dress, £135 £60, French Connection; Petite folk dress, £35, Boohoo; Double layer dress, £85, River Island

Trending: Western Belts

Tee, Asos; Western Detail Belt, £16, Topshop; Jeans, Levis

As mentioned in my recent Closet Confidential tag video, I love a good belt. They're a super easy and affordable way to add a little something extra to a look and with super wide belts set to be a massive micro trend this autumn/winter there's never been a better time to get a new one :)

Whether you're looking for something with on-trend Western-inspired detailing, cutesy hearts or artisanal embroidery I've created an edit of my current favourites from the high street...

Clockwise from top left: Western-tipped belt, £28, Urban Outfitters; Embroidered belt, £14, Pieces; Star and Rivet belt, £22, Reclaimed Vintage; Snake western belt, £14, Asos
