The cashmere jumper

Jumper, Marks & Spencer; Culottes, £29.99, Zara; Shoes, £59, Topshop

To me, cashmere and silk are the ultimate luxurious fabrics. I genuinely dream of wearing only those two fabrics and I'm certain that the people who are fortunate enough to are so cosy they're never ever sad. Life in cashmere can only be good.

Working as a luxurious off-duty staple, a classic cashmere jumper will see you through winters for years to come whilst also working as a handy light-weight piece to pack for cool summer evenings by the sea.

I invested in this multi-tonal style from Marks & Spencer's last year and it quickly became my go-to jumper for the whole season. A classic style like this is super versatile and works as well with a midi skirt and boots as it does with trusty denim or leather culottes.

I'm currently dreaming of basically everything on Chinti & Parker's site. A long-term love of mine Chinti's playful detailing and super cute styles make such lovely, classic gifts (*huge hint to any loved one's actually reading this!*) and are so timeless they'll see you through season's to come!
