The off-the-shoulder top

The off-the-shoulder top has quickly become a wardrobe essential rather than just another Spring trend. Not only is it fun and a little flirty, the style is so effortless to wear: enabling you to dress a single style either down for a casual weekend or up for dinner and drinks.

Mix up the shoulder-less style with: waterfall sleeves, bohemian embroidery, romantic lace or stripes and embrace more than one of this season's trends.

A shoulder-showing silhouette provides proportion to outfits and is already becoming a standout feature on dresses,  jumpsuits and playsuits available across the high street. It's still a little chilly here to go full cold shoulder, so in the meantime layer over a turtleneck top (white over grey looks really cute.)

Regardless of your personal style the top of the season comes in every style imaginable, but for now, shop my edit of the 6 best currently on the high street...
